Pre-Romanesque Architecture
Oviedo preserves some of the finest examples of Asturian Pre-Romanesque art, declared World Heritage Sites by UNESCO. These 9th-century buildings are witnesses of the first Christian kingdom on the Peninsula after the Muslim invasion.

Santa María del Naranco
