What is El Bosque Zoological Center?

El Bosque Zoological Center is a family-friendly facility with educational focus located in Los Molinos, within the Oviedo parish of San Esteban de las Cruces, just 3.5 km from the city center. Opened to the public in 2008, this project began in 2003 with the goal of creating a space to connect with nature and learn about wildlife.

Covering approximately 10,000 m², the zoo houses about 300 animals of different species, distributed along an accessible 300-400 meter circuit with informational panels and a small playground for children.
